We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and a proven track record in property management.

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining positive tenant relationships, managing property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall success of our residential portfolio.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of residential properties, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
• Utilize property management software (such as Yardi) for data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Market available units to prospective tenants through various channels - Conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants to ensure suitability
• Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the residential portfolio

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential property management or a related field
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
